What facilities are available onboard the ship?

Are upgrades available?
It is possible to upgrade to club class seating with additional benefits at a supplement

Are cabins available?
All ships offer cabins.
- Commodore class
- 4 berth cabin
- 2 berth cabin
- Reclining seats

Can I travel whilst pregnant?
They cannot accept women 32 weeks pregnant or more at time of travel. For travel on fast craft sailings they do not accept women over 28 weeks pregnant.

Can I take my pets?
Pets are accepted on all sailings. They are kept in vehicles on ventilated decks or in special designated areas.

Can I park my car at the port?
Parking is available at Poole, Portsmouth and Plymouth ferry ports at an extra charge.

Is my ticket re-fundable?
All promotional fares are non-refundable. Standard tickets are refundable but cancellation fees apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Most tickets are amendable with an administration charge and any changes in sailing tariff.

Can I take a van?
Commercial vehicles are subject to special commercial rates.
If travelling for non-commercial purposes a discount may be arranged
