PETS

Pets are able to travel and stay within the vehicle onboard Condor Ferries. The Pet must satisfy the terms outlined in the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS).

It will not be possible for your pet to travel if your documentation appears to be incorrect, and if you are accepted for carriage by the company before hand this supplies you with no warranty that the documentation is correct. Condor Ferries will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from its failure or refusal to carry any such animals or the consequences of incorrect documentation.

It is possible for you, if accompanied, to access the vehicle deck; this is subject to the approval of the ships master. It is strictly forbidden to access the vehicle deck if you are not accompanied by a member of staff. Condor Ferries will not be liable for any costs including re-booking, cancellation, vet fees, kennelling or any similar documentation for the animal(s) presented.

The PETS scheme operates on the following routes ::

St. Malo to Poole.
Guernsey and Jersey.

It is possible for special arrangements can be made on the St. Malo to Weymouth route, but advance notice must be given so that this may be implemented.

There is no cost for the carriage of a pet in a vehicle between the UK and Channel Islands. There is a £10 charge each way for foot passengers to take their pet onboard. Pet owners need to provide their own RSPCA approved carriage box suitable for their pet(s).

If your are travelling between St. Malo and the UK or St.Malo and the Channel Islands, your pet may only be transported in the vehicle at a charge of £15 for the first pet each way and £10 for the subsequent pet each way.

Unfortunately it is not possible for you to take your pet on the ferry service between Portsmouth and Cherbourg.
