Toilets And Baby Changing Facilities
In all of the Eurostar terminals and at the end of every Eurostar carriage on the trains, you can find a toilet. Baby changing facilities onbaord Eurostar trains in carriages 1 or 18.
Wheelchair Users
Eurostar have a wheelchair user fare so that you can travel with Eurostar in your own wheelchair in a special part of the train. One travelling companion can accompany you at a reduced rate.
Unaccompanied Minors
Eurostar don't let children under the age of twelve travel by themselves. However, Eurostar will consider allowing 13 to 17 year olds to travel unaccompanied
Special Meals
When booking Business Premier or Leisure select you will be requested to indicate whether you have any specific dietary requirements. You will be able to choose from the following meal options: Vegetarian, kosher, halal, vegan, diabetic, low fat, low salt and gluten free. For vegetarian meals, Eurostar require 12 hours notice in advance of travel. For kosher, Muslim or vegan meals, Eurostar require 36 hours advance notice.
Pets
Eurostar will allow guide dogs on board. Unfortunately, these are the only animals that can travel on Eurostar
Check in
Tickets
To check in, all you have to do is insert your ticket into the machine and then walk through the gate with your baggage. If you need help, Eurostar staff are always around, and will be glad to assist.
Baggage
There isn’t a separate check-in for baggage at Eurostar. Travel sensibly and try to limit your luggage to no more than two bags or cases and one piece of hand luggage).
When To Check In
This depends on ticket you have. Unless you’ve been advised otherwise, please check-in at least a 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. Below are the full details, just bear in mind that if in doubt, arrive with time to spare.
Minimum time before departure
At least 10 minutes Holders of Business Premier tickets and Eurostar carte blanche
At least 20 minutes Eurostar Frequent Traveller members
At least 30 minutes Standard, Leisure Select and all other ticket types
At least 45 minutes If you have special travel needs (e.g. you’re a wheelchair user) or will need help getting to the train. Please approach a member of staff for assistance.
At least 1 hour All travellers for Avignon or Ski services
Car Parking

St Pancras
The car park at St Pancras International is operated by NCP and situated on Pancras Road, under the domestic station to the rear of St. Pancras International. Pancras Road can only be accessed by car via Euston Road. At the moment, due to the building work in the area, the quickest route to access the Eurostar check-in from the car park is to walk along Pancras road, which takes around 10 minutes.
Ebbsfleet
There is plenty of car parking at Ebbsfleet International, with 2,500 parking spaces within 5 minutes’ walk from check-in. The charges for using this facility are as follows:
- Up to one hour: £1.00
- Up to five hours: £4.50
- Daily rate: £11.50
- Weekly rate: £69.00
Ashford
Secure parking facilities:
£1 for up to 1 hour (short stay)
£4.50 for up to 5 hours
£11.50/24 hours
Alternatively you can buy a weekly ticket for £69 or an annual season ticket for £650
No pre-booking required. Wheelchair users qualify for a 50% reduction on parking fees.
There is 4 days free parking for carte blanche holders and for Business Premier travellers
