What facilities are there onboard?
- Seating available for every passenger
- Café/Bar and waiter service
- Duty Free Shop

Are upgrades available?
There is a 1st class lounge available at £15.00 per person each way. This is a comfortable lounge prior to boarding to wait in. On the ferry there are 1st class seats and a light meal and drinks served by a waitress service.

Can I take my pets?
There are no kennels so pets must travel in the car with a passport at an extra supplement.

How long before departure must I check in?
At least half an hour before departure. 1 hour if there are any security checks being undertaken.

Is there a car park at the port?
The car park costs £5 per day and is open all hours.

Can I take a van?
The largest van they can accept is 6m length by 3m height. Commercial bookings are to be done through freight as they are a different fare.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
They are amendable subject to an amendment fee of £10. These are all subject to availability

Can children travel alone?
Children above 16 can travel alone but before 16 they must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the ferry crossing take?
1 hour, but it may only be 40 minutes if the sea is very calm.
