Steampacket offer an upgraded reserved seating area on most routes Are cabins available? Due to short crossing times cabins are not available on these routes Can I take my pets? Pets can be taken with the correct documentation and are mostly kept within the vehicles on a ventilated deck. These spaces can be limited so it is advisable to book in advance What is the crossing time? Crossing times from the Isle of Man (Douglas) are as follows:- Liverpool 2hr 30mins or 4 hours (depending on ferry type) Heysham 3hr 30mins Belfast 2hr 45 mins Dublin 2hr 50 mins How long before departure must I check in? It is advisable to be at the port a minimum of 1 hour before departure Is car parking available at the port for foot passengers? Both short and long term parking can be found at all departing ports Can children travel alone? Children aged 11-15 yrs can travel alone with a letter of parental consent Can I take a van? Commercial vehicles are subject to special commercial rates. If travelling for non-commercial purposes a discount may be arranged. Is my ticket refundable or amendable? Most tickets are non-refundable due to special promotional prices, however most can be amended at an extra charge |
