Are cabins available?
There are 59 cabins
8 single berth sea view cabins
9 four berth sea view cabins
42 two berth interior cabins
Norman Spirit's cabins are currently not equipped to accommodate disabled persons. LD Lines apologises for the inconvenience caused.

Can I travel whilst pregnant?
We recommend that women who are less than 12 weeks pregnant should seek medical advice prior to travel.
Women who are more than 28 weeks pregnant are required to produce a medical certificate of fitness to travel.
Women who are 28 weeks or more pregnant at the time of travel must notify the Company at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to request a certificate at any stage of pregnancy to refuse passage if it is not satisfied that the Passenger will be safe during the passage. The Carrier and/or the Master of the Vessel may refuse passage to a pregnant woman of 28 weeks or more if at the time of travel if they are not satisfied that the Passenger will be safe during the passage.

Can I take my pets?
Pets may travel providing they have the correct mandatory papers. Pets must be booked in advance and prior to travel commencing.

Can I park my car at the port?
Parking is available Portsmouth ferry ports at an extra charge.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Amendments to any bookings will incur a £20 administration fee. Online Travel Group will abide by the individual cancellation policy of each of its Channel crossing partners. Full terms and conditions are available upon request
