Is my ticket re-fundable?
Standard Fares refundable, Offer Fares are not, charges may apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Not on Special or promotional fares and only on other tickets provided notice has been given to operator. Charges may apply. Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Subject to availability, no charge for first alteration.
