Club cabins are available at an additional supplement. All ensuite Club Cabins have a sea view and are located in a quiet section of the ship. You'll enjoy more space and a range of extras including a colour television, telephone, fresh fruit, plus tea and coffee making facilities in the cabin. Are cabins available? Cabins are available on all longer routes and are mandatory on overnight crossings Can I take my pets? Pets are not allowed on the Bilbao crossing. There is an additional supplement on taking pets on other crossings. Can I park my car at the port? There is an extra charge to park at the port. There are both short stay and long stay car parking facilities available. Is my ticket re-fundable? Most fares are non-refundable but they are fully amendable if they want to change the dates on the booking Am I able to amend my ticket dates? Any dates are available as long as there is space on the ferry Can I take a van? They do accept vans. Bookings for commercial goods would have to be done through freight. Can I travel whilst pregnant? Pregnant women can only travel on the Bilbao crossing up to 28 weeks |
