What facilities are available onboard the ship?
Onboard facilities for the Southampton to East Cowes passenger vehicle ferry service include a Café, shop, bar, disabled facilities, a lift, baby changing area, payphone and a games room. There is a cold drinks service only onboard the Red Jet.

Can I take my pets?
Yes, on the passenger vehicle service only, operator suggests pets either left in vehicle or in designated areas onboard.

Can I park my car at the port?
Red Funnel Pay & Display available at Southampton, at both East & West Cowes there are nearby public car parks. (Limited pre-bookable disabled parking at both ports.)

Is my ticket re-fundable?
If cancellation made at least prior to the day of travel, £10 administration charge will apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Subject to availability only, charges may apply
