What facilities are available onboard the ship?

Can I take my pets?
There are no kennels or cage facilities on board therefore pets must be properly restrained or carried in a suitable container. No charge for dogs

Can I park my car at the port?
Red Funnel Pay & Display available at Southampton, at both East & West Cowes there are nearby public car parks. (Limited pre-bookable disabled parking at both ports.)

Is my ticket re-fundable?
Standard Fares refundable, Offer Fares are not, charges may apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Subject to availability, charges may apply.
