About Rosslare

Rosslare ferry port is located on the south-east coast of Ireland in County Wexford. As well as sailings to Roscoff and Cherbourg in France, there are also daily crossings to Fishguard and Pembroke in Wales.

Getting to Rosslare Ferry Port

From Dublin, take the motorway M50 South, continue on the M11 and N11; take the exit; at the roundabout take the 2nd exit, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Arklow Rd that continues as Main St; turn left at the R741/The Ave and continue for 42 Km; turn left at Commercial Quay/R730, then at the roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N25, after 7 Km turn left at R740 and continue the last 4 km toward Rosslare.

From Cork, follow the N8 until you get to the Dunkettle Interchange. Then follow the N25 and change on to the R740 to Rosslare.

The port is 20 minutes from Wexford town, 1 hour 20 minutes from Waterford city, 1 hour 45 minutes from Kilkenny city, 2 hours 15 minutes from Dublin & 3 hours from Cork.

Rosslare Europort rail terminal (located next to the ferry port) is linked directly to the main line stations with trains arriving from Dublin, Cork, Waterford and Limerick.

A coach service is operated by Bus Éireann with services from Dublin, Wexford, Arklow and Wicklow. They have an 'Expressway Service' which links to the rest of Ireland.

The car park at the port holds 350 cars. It is controlled by NCPS and parking is pay and display. Payment must be paid before departure by ticket machines in car parks (coin, note and credit card machines available).
