The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

Is my credit card number and personal details secure when I make a booking?

When will I see the ' padlock' which shows my details are secure?

Once you have received a price you then proceed to book. You know you are on the secure page because a secure Thawte logo appears on the page. To check the site is secure 'right click' on your mouse and view the properties of the page. You will see a web address starting with https. The 's' at the end means the site is secure. Alternatively 'hover' about a centimetre above the 'Thawte' logo and the mouse pointer will change to a 'hand' ,left click your mouse and the link will highlight the details on the secure page.
